Shipping Destination (Where We Ship)
We ship to the United States only. We do not ship internationally.

Shipping Fees

Free shipping on orders of $90 or more

$10 flat shipping fee on orders under $90

Order Cutoff Time

6:00 pm (CST)
Orders placed after the cutoff begin processing on the next business day.

Processing Time (Before Shipment)

1–3 business days to process and prepare your order before it ships.

Transit Time (After Shipment)

3–5 business days (typical delivery time once the package has shipped).

Carriers
We ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers, depending on destination and operational considerations.

Tracking
When available, we provide tracking details after shipment. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful.

Cancellations Related to Shipping

Before shipment: Cancellation requests may be possible, but not guaranteed and depend on order status.

After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped; please follow our Returns & Refund Policy if eligible.

Damaged, Defective (DOA), or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible.

Damage/defective claims (DOA): must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging when possible.

For wrong item shipped or damage, we will review the case and handle return shipping responsibility according to the situation (see Returns & Refund Policy for responsibility rules).

Delays and Exceptions
Delivery estimates are based on typical carrier timelines after shipment. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other operational disruptions. Processing and transit times are not guarantees.
