Cancellation Before Shipment
You may request to cancel an order before it ships. Cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on the order’s processing status. If your order has already entered fulfillment steps, we may not be able to stop shipment.

Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If eligible, please follow the Returns & Refund Policy after delivery.
