This Limited Warranty describes how Hausjoy addresses items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as ordered.
DOA / Damage Claim Window
If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging when possible.
What This Limited Warranty Covers
This policy applies to:
Items that arrive damaged
Items that are defective on arrival (DOA)
Items that are incorrectly shipped (wrong item received)
How We Handle Verified Issues
After reviewing your claim, possible resolutions may include:

What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover
This limited warranty does not cover issues reported outside the 48-hour claim window or issues not related to damage/defect on arrival or incorrect shipment.
