Return Window
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility (General Conditions)
To be eligible, items should be returned in the condition received. We may request supporting information (such as order details and photos) to evaluate return requests.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: Final Sale items and custom/personalized items.
If a product is marked Final Sale or customized, it is considered non-returnable.

Reason for return

Photos (required for damage/defect claims within the DOA window)

Return Shipping Responsibility

Non-quality returns (e.g., changed mind, no longer needed): buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Quality issues / wrong item shipped / damage: seller is responsible or handled case-by-case, depending on the situation and verification.

Original Shipping Fees
Shipping fees depend on the original order subtotal and shipping selection rules. If your order originally incurred a $10 shipping fee (orders under $90), whether that shipping fee is refunded depends on the reason for return and the outcome of the review. If a return is due to a verified seller-side issue (such as wrong item or damage), we will review and handle appropriately.

Refund Timing and Method
If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

Damaged/Defective (DOA) and Wrong Item Claims

DOA claim window: within 48 hours of delivery and photos are required.

If the wrong item was shipped or the item arrived damaged/defective, we will evaluate and propose a resolution, which may include replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy based on the circumstances.

Restocking Fees
We do not charge a restocking fee.
